Monica McSherry co-owns a healthstore in East Dulwich. Her passion and drive for wholistic living encouraged her to understand and respect the environment. The healthstore environment encouraged Monica to educate her local community in sustainability, by encouraging the use of reusable bags and discouraging the use of plastic bags. Monica graduated with a Degree in Nutritional Medicine in 2006. She is currently completing a MSc in Nutritional Therapy, and completed training in homeopathy practice in 2010.

Zoe studied Biology at Lancaster University, and graduated in 2003. Whilst volunteering at the Wildlife Trust she got an allotment and developed an interest in growing organic fruit and vegetables. This lead to a post as a Researcher at The Organic Research Centre, Elm Farm where she worked on projects developing the agronomy and breeding of various cereal species, with a particular emphasis on the use of diversity with systems. Through being immersed in the organic world, she became particularly interested in food, farming and education and joined Trill Farm in 2009 as a Project Development Co-ordinator where she helps to develop the education and operations of Trill.
Having been a keen cyclist all his life in the UK and abroad (solo cycle-touring in Europe, New Zealand, North America and Canada), Stewart's passion for cycling is now his full-time occupation. As a Cycling Instructor and Tutor since 2008, he has been helping people find or re-discover the freedom that the humble bike offers. Through his partnership with SNUB he feels genuinely excited at being able to deliver community-based cycle projects that can, and will, increase the level of cycling in the East Dulwich area. He set up his own company, revolutions cycling, based around the simple philosophy of reducing peoples' perceived barriers to cycling, through education and practical tuition, with the aim of getting more people cycling, more often and, most importantly, safely, without having to look like 'road warriors' or 'fitness fanatics' (not that there is anything wrong with those!). He hopes to have a long and successful relationship with the SNUB Bikes projects and, hopefully, they will influence you to cycle more.
